Shipping Policy

How We Ship Your Package
Lori J Design ships all orders via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail services. At this time, we do not offer express or rush shipping. Once your order leaves our facility, it is subject to the terms and conditions of USPS, and we no longer have control over its delivery.

Shipping Times
Please refer to the product description for estimated shipping times. Processing times may vary depending on whether the item is custom or non-custom.

What to Do If Your Package Is Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

  1. Contact your local post office and request a package tracking update. USPS tracking information is available on their scanners.

  2. Ask to speak with the mail carrier who delivered your package and inquire about its delivery location.

  3. If your package was misdelivered, you will need to file a claim with USPS. You can do so by visiting: USPS Claims.

Information Needed to File a USPS Claim
When filing a claim with USPS, please have the following details ready:

  • The telephone number of your local post office

  • The name of the postmaster and your mail carrier

  • Names of any postal employees you spoke with regarding your package

  • The resolution provided by USPS regarding your lost or misdelivered package

What to Do If Your Product Arrives Damaged
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product. Photos are required before we can offer a replacement, as they are necessary for us to file an insurance claim with USPS.
