Return Policy

At Lori J Design, every product is handmade with care in Northern Idaho. We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please reach out—we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, tote bags, and non-personalized notepads. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized notepads, sale items, or gift cards.

For exchanges, we do not accept exchanges on personalized notepads, but if you’d like to exchange a t-shirt, hoodie, mug, tote bag, or non-personalized notepad, please contact us at shoplorijdesign@gmail.com.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

To report an issue, email us at shoplorijdesign@gmail.com with:

  1. A clear photo of the damage
  2. Your order number
  3. Your full shipping address

Once we confirm the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds & Return Shipping

  • We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all returns within the U.S. If the return is due to damage or our error, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or an exchange, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you prefer to return an item at your own expense, please let us know.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Once we inspect and approve your return, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process refunds.
