Return Policy

Every product we sell is handmade with love in Northern Idaho. Our goal is for you to love your products and be proud to wear and use them. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us and we'll do everything we can to keep you satisfied as our #1 customer. Returns are welcome on all t-shirts, hoodies, mugs and tote bags. Notepads and Digital Wall Art is not eligible for returns unless we are the ones that made an error

 My Item Arrived Damaged

We're so sorry to hear that happened! 

We know nobody wants to receive a broken or damaged product! If you received your item and it's damaged, please email us at loribaumgardner@gmail.com or you can use the chat feature or message feature on the website. following information: 
What we need from you if this happens.
1. A photo of the damage 
2. Your original order # 
3. Your Full Shipping address

Once we confirm the damage and validate the order we'll be able to help you process the return and get your product replaced for you. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We do not except exchanges on any personalized notepads however if you would like to exchange t-shirt, hoodie, mug, or tote bag or notepad that is not personalized please contact us at lorijdesign@gmail.com you will responsible for the shipping both ways.

Returns & Refunds:

  • We will provide a label for all returns within the US on all products that was incorrect or damaged. If you would like to do an exchange you will responsible to provide your own postage and you will receive an invoice for the postage label coming back prior to you sending the item. 
  • The refund for returns will be refunded, less shipping unless our error or the product is damaged.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after arriving at our shop location. 

Disclaimers:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
